Our Team

Mike Farrell

Mike is the Owner of Lee’s Glass & Windows Works. Prior to acquiring Lee’s in 2011, Mike owned and operated a successful insurance and financial planning firm. Mike also served as a Naval Officer for 11 years and accumulated over 1000 hours and 250 carrier landings in the F-14 Tomcat. Mike’s additional experience and qualifications include Master’s of Science in Management / Troy University, Bachelors of Science in Production Management / Ball State University. Mike is a Graduate of the Naval Aviation Safety School / Naval Postgraduate School Monterey. Mike enjoys golfing when he is not spending time with his wife Danise and their 5 grandchildren.
Austin Farrell

Austin began working at Lee’s Glass & Window Works in 2012. Starting from the ground up, Austin spent the first 8 years of his career at Lee’s in the field installing windows and doors and developing a true eye for the art of craftsmanship. Following his time in the field he moved into the office where he is involved in project management, outside sales and everyday operations. With over 13 years of experience in the window and door industry, Austin is a great asset to the Lee’s Team. Austin is a Pensacola Native who enjoys spending his time with his wife, Laurel and their two boys. Austin loves to fish and golf in his spare time when he is not changing diapers.
Danise Farrell

Danise is a Pensacola Native and has enjoyed serving others here at Lee’s since 2011. On most days you will find her at the Customer Service / Scheduling Desk. She wears many hats at Lee’s Glass & Window, but Customer Service is her favorite! Her 5 grandkids are up there with her favorites too!! Give her a call and talk to her about windows & doors, or paint colors…. or even grandkids!!
Rennee Kimmons

UWF Alumni with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Renee’s work experience includes both public and private accounting for over twenty years. As a seasoned accountant, my passion includes being committed to building strong customer relationships & striving to be a reliable team member while providing positive, successful outcomes. My family, that includes many grandchildren, are the precious coaches in my life that has made me an expert in time management & firm believer in the importance of living your best, balanced life.
